My name is Viktoriia, and I am asking for help for my husband and the father of our 5-month-old daughter.

He was recently detained in Mississippi and is now being held in ICE custody in Louisiana. Our family is facing an immigration case, and we urgently need an experienced immigration attorney to represent him and help us understand what legal options are available.

I am currently home caring for our baby, and my husband has been the main provider for our family. Since his detention, we have suddenly lost his income while also facing attorney fees and other legal expenses that we were completely unprepared for.

Our daughter is only five months old. She needs her dad, and I am doing everything I can to keep our family together and make sure he has proper legal representation.

The money raised will be used for immigration attorney fees, legal and court-related expenses, communication with him while he is detained, and necessary family expenses while he is unable to work.
