Let's Help Give a Home to a Single Mother in Ukraine

Svetlana's story has been filled with hardship since childhood. When she was just 7 years old, her parents placed her in an orphanage, where she lived until the age of 16. Having grown up without family support, she always dreamed of having a loving home of her own.

At 16, she married, and at 17, she gave birth to her first child. Together, they worked hard and managed to build a home and a small farm with livestock. But over time, her husband lost everything due to alcohol, and the family was left with nothing.

Throughout her life, she continued to hope for love and stability. She is a kind and trusting woman who has always believed in people and dreamed of a real family and happy children. Even after many disappointments, she still believes in love and keeps caring for her children with all her heart.

Today, she is a single mother raising four children: 14, 10, 6, and 5 years old. She dreams of having a safe home where her children can feel protected and loved.

My name is Olga, and I have known this woman personally for 9 years. I take care of her and her children, and every year I travel to Ukraine to visit her for about 1.5 months. It is very important for her to feel not alone and safe. We talk on the phone every day.
