We verify creators and beneficiaries before campaigns publish, run every campaign through layered trust checks, and back donors with a refund process if something goes wrong. Here's exactly how it works.
None of these layers alone is enough. The combination is what makes FundlyHub one of the most rigorously checked crowdfunding platforms.
Every creator passes government-issued ID verification and bank-account verification before their campaign can publish. Identity is checked by Stripe Identity — a regulated KYC provider used by hundreds of platforms.
Every campaign runs through structured trust checks — beneficiary validity, financial viability, content quality, regulatory concerns, and fraud signals. Borderline cases go to human reviewers before publishing.
If a campaign turns out to be fraudulent or funds aren't used as described, our team will work with you on refunds and remediation. Funds for unverified campaigns are held in escrow until verification clears.
Anyone can report a campaign. We acknowledge reports within an hour and review them within 48 hours. Reports can be anonymous.
